Acceptance

By using eatclip.com you agree to these terms. If you don't, stop using the service.

What EatClip is

A restaurant discovery directory aggregating public data (Google Places) and public social video content (TikTok, Instagram). We don't host videos — we embed via official oEmbed APIs.

Restaurant listings

Restaurants are listed automatically from public Google Places data. Restaurant owners may claim their listing to add photos, videos, and apply for the Verified plan. We reserve the right to remove inaccurate, misleading, or harmful content.

Reviews

• You may review only restaurants you have actually visited.
• Reviews must be honest, in your own words, and free of personal attacks, hate speech, or sexual content.
• We may hide or remove reviews that violate these rules.

Verified plan

• Verified is a paid plan (฿1,000/month or ฿10,000/year). Billing is currently arranged manually with you.
• Verified status gives you a badge and auto-imported Google reviews on your page.
• Verified does not guarantee placement, traffic, or reservations.
• We may revoke Verified status if a restaurant violates these terms.

Pro Video shoots

When you commission a Pro Video, EatClip retains the right to feature it on the public directory. You receive a copy to use on your own social channels.

Limitation of liability

EatClip is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about restaurant accuracy, food quality, or business status. Decisions you make based on our content are at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll note the update date at the top.
