What people say

Exceptional Thai and seafood executed with pristine ingredients and bold flavors, paired with genuinely attentive service that goes the extra mile—like keeping the kitchen open late for latecomers. The oceanfront sunset view and live music (DJ or saxophonist) create an upscale dining experience, with particular praise for MSG-free, low-salt preparations that cater to sensitive diners. Best for couples and small groups seeking a special night out.

Came to Meg for dinner twice. The food works for us as they served grilled seafood with no MSG and low salt. We are very sensitive to MSG. The ambience is very good too with a DJ on the first night (music not too loud) and a saxophonist on the other night. It is rumoured to also have the best sunset view in Phuket. Service crew was very attentive. They changed our plates proactively and served scented wet tpwels after meal. Toilet is also super clean, which is a big plus for me.

Dear Meg Khram’s management and team, Our time here was nothing short of exceptional. Every single dish reflected the purest, most refined expression of Thai cuisine — bold yet balanced flavors, outstanding quality of ingredients, and flawless execution from start to finish. This is Thai food at its absolute best. The service elevated the experience even further. Warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate — a special thank you to Farida and Bowy (apologies if I spelled the name incorrectly) for making the evening feel personal and memorable. Their care and professionalism truly stood out. And of course, sincere thanks to the chef and the entire kitchen team for delivering such an extraordinary culinary journey. Meg Khram doesn’t just serve food — it tells a story of Thailand through taste. An unforgettable experience. We will absolutely be back.

Very nice place to have traditional thai or seafood. We had a ocean front view of the sunset which was a perfect ending to the night. I orders sweet and sour chicken, dynamite prawns and my wife had the lobster. Everything was cooked perfectly and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone looking for a great meal.

Wonderful restaurant with exceptional service & a lovely view. We ordered their tum yum lobster 🦞 & SH4 shrimply mix. Everything was delicious 🤤. We came late & the waitress said “we will take your order but the kitchen is actually closed. We will keep it open longer for you only” 💕. Our waitresses Farida, Winny, & Meme were all wonderful and helped make the experience even more enjoyable. I suggest coming before sundown so you can enjoy the beautiful view.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! This restaurant is hands-down the best seafood spot in all of Phuket. Everything was beyond perfect the food quality, the freshness, the flavours, the service, the atmosphere, and even the view were on another level. We loved it so much that this was our second visit during our stay, and we’re already planning to come back one more time before we leave. The dishes were cooked to perfection — especially the grilled fish, which was incredibly tender and full of flavour. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, making the entire experience even better. The ambiance is beautiful, relaxing, and truly captures the charm of Phuket. If you’re visiting Phuket, don’t even think twice — this is THE restaurant you must visit.
