Went to Little Roma and honestly had such a nice time. The food was really good proper Italian, tasty, and the portions were great too. But what made the experience even better was our waitress, Mia. She took care of us the whole time, was super friendly, always smiling, and made sure everything was going well. Really attentive without being too much just very natural and kind. Great food, great service. Would definitely come back🫶.
We had dinner at Little Roma, an Italian restaurant in the city center. The location is busy and central, but that’s about the only positive. The food was just standard, nothing special. The biggest issue was extremely misleading menu photos. We ordered sausages that showed about 10 pieces in the picture, but we only received two small sausages (around 10 cm each) for a shocking 849 RMB. We didn’t notice the tiny fine print below the photo, and we felt totally misled. We had three person at the dinner so we have to order another for extra 99 Thai Baht, and thats To make it worse, the service was rude and arrogant. The place was packed on Sunday night, but the staff didn’t care about customers at all. Very disappointed, overpriced, dishonest presentation, and terrible service. I won’t be coming back and can’t recommend this place.
If you insist on keeping this manager, best of luck!! I felt deeply disrespected. I asked to speak with the manager to inform him that the food had no taste and to request that he try it himself. Instead of listening, he immediately offered a discount and walked away without allowing me to finish speaking. He pretended to use his phone directly in front of us, rather than addressing or resolving the issue. For your information, I have previously owned and managed a restaurant. I was the owner of Longbar Patong, the first restaurant in Phuket to accept Bitcoin. I have real, hands-on experience in restaurant management, and everything I stated was factual and supported by evidence. I requested the bill, and a discount had already been applied to the receipt. I clearly stated that I did not want any discount but only wanted to provide honest feedback regarding the decline in food quality. I paid the full amount. I will never return to this restaurant, and I will never recommend it to anyone, either online or by word of mouth. I will also share this experience across all of my social media platforms.
I spent my birthday here with my family. It was such a surprise! They gave us a special ceremony and cake, plus lots of little gifts for the kids—cotton candy, ice cream, children's pizza, and more! So many surprises! I love this photo; such wonderful memories! Thank you to Concetta for her service; she's beautiful and very polite. My dog loved her too, haha!
