100% authentic, non-biased review — a must-visit if you’re craving real Turkish food in Phuket.
If you genuinely miss proper Turkish flavors, this place hits the spot. They’re so popular that they’ve expanded to seven outlets, with six operating across Thailand — which already tells you they’re doing something right.
What I Loved
• Adana Kebab – Juicy, perfectly seasoned, and grilled the way it should be.
• Lamb Chops – Tender, smoky, and full of flavor.
• Lahmacun (Turkish pizza) – Light, crisp, and dangerously easy to over-order.
Honestly, everything we tried was solid. No weak links on the table — and that’s rare.
Ambience & Setting
The restaurant has a clean, well-lit, comfortable interior with a proper dine-in vibe. If you prefer open air, there’s outdoor seating where you can sit, relax, smoke, and enjoy your meal. So whether you’re in a chilled-out mood or proper dinner mode, both options are covered.
Service
Friendly, attentive, and smooth. Food comes on time, staff are welcoming, and the overall experience feels polished.

Final Verdict
Great food. Great ambience. Great service.
If you’re in Phuket and craving authentic Turkish cuisine, this is a must-go.
Come hungry — those kebabs don’t stand a chance.

Absolutely loved Cappadocia Restaurant in Phuket. The food was so, so, so good — every dish was full of flavour and clearly made with care. Even though the restaurant was quite busy, the service was still amazing. The staff were attentive, warm, and made sure everything ran smoothly without feeling rushed. Such a great dining experience from start to finish. Would 100% recommend and definitely come back again.

Despite the food looking really good at first glance, my overall experience was disappointing.
I chose this restaurant based on its Google Maps reviews, but after having lunch here, I honestly don’t understand why it has such a high rating.
The atmosphere is very ordinary, even below average compared to many pocket-friendly restaurants.
The staff were kind, friendly, and polite—though to be fair, great staff behavior is common everywhere in Phuket and always appreciated.
Unfortunately, the food itself was not good at all. The meat was tough, the kebab was raw in the middle , and the rice was not properly cooked. The only decent part of the meal was the yogurt served on the side, and honestly, that was the only way I could finish the food.
Prices are also quite high for the quality offered.

Food was good, and the service was impeccable. Serving sizes were decent and prices reasonable. James attended to our family of five and recommended several dishes that we truly enjoyed. We were all very happy with both the food and the overall experience.
However, the air conditioning could be improved. It was quite warm during our meal, and we found ourselves sweating while dining, which slightly affected the comfort of an otherwise pleasant experience.

Had a great Turkish meal at this spot! Just off the Milan strip a 100 feet up a little side street but easy to find if you know where you’re going but would be easy to miss walking by. Staff were friendly and the food was excellent - and great value - we had the set menu and it was so much food! But also delicious and reasonable at 2000 baht for two people. Recommend if you’re looking for a good Turkish meal.
