I visited Khun Mae Chu on my first day in Phuket to buy local souvenirs for my family, and the experience was excellent from the moment I stepped in. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their service mindset truly stood out.
I needed assistance packing the items because I did not have a checked bag for this trip. The staff immediately offered support and even informed me that the shop could normally help send parcels via post. Unfortunately, I had arrived after the cut-off time, but they still guided me thoughtfully.
They recommended a nearby post office and even explained the safest route and U-turn point so I could get there without any confusion. That level of care is something I genuinely appreciate.

A great place to buy souveniers to give to your family and friends before departing Phuket.
They have variety of fruit chips ( durain, jackfruits etc.), Paste to make curries, Namprik (dipping to eat with), gift packets, local items, souveniers.
They also have food being served on either side of the store. Once you finish shopping, you can try food. This month is vegetarian month, Kin Chey --- so vegetarian food is focused more.

We enjoyed this place very much. Was able to sample many snacks and had a very nice selection with a large variety foods. They also boxed up our purchases, very nicely, for travel. Also received a discount coupon for the coffee shop right beside it.

The best souvenir shop in town. You can get food and original snack everywhere from Phuket here and they packed in the box for free as well. Sometime they have the promotion buy 10 get 1 free too. Pay buy credit card less than 1000 baht, they will charge 3%
