We stayed at this hotel for 8 days. Overall, I would rate it about 5/10 The hotel is large and often crowded, which makes it feel a bit impersonal and not very cozy. There is a big swimming pool, but the water was often cloudy and didn’t seem very well maintained. You can usually find a sunbed, but umbrellas are limited — by around 11 am most shaded spots are gone The hotel doesn’t have its own beach with sunbeds, but there is direct access to the sea, and nearby you can rent a sunbed for about 150 baht Breakfast was unfortunately the biggest disappointment: very limited choice and not much to eat except fruit The rooms are spacious and fairly clean, though a bit worn. There’s also a small gym and a tiny but nice kids’ room. One cute detail there are fish at the entrance that guests can feed. My daughter loved that. Overall, you get what you pay for. Don’t expect anything special

A nice hotel in a great location. A few things that didn’t meet our expectations: our room was large but very tired looking with noisy air conditioning. The hotel was busy and towels were “on beds” very early in the morning, there is some shade but not all beds had umbrellas. This should be a must in such hot and high UV weather!!! This meant there was not adequate shade throughout the day. They need more sun umbrellas! The overall appearance is starting to look a little tired. It is a family friendly hotel as advertised which is great for kids and families and is reasonably priced. We would say it’s a good base to explore this part of the Island as we didn’t spend much time in the hotel itself. The staff were very helpful and friendly and worked very hard in this busy resort.
Very nice hotel with direct access to the beach. The breakfast is amazing. The pool is Big, clean and have a great pool bar. Wut at the pool bar was super helpful and his service was amazing. The rooms are big with a nice balcony, we had a room with gardenview, which was nice and quiet. The beds are quite hard though. We also stayed here in 2025 and came back this year, and we have already booked our next stay in 2027.
Beautiful finish to our Thailand trip. Easily located and direct beach access. Pool is lovely and clean and swim up bar a bonus! We had a pool access room which was beautiful both of an evening and morning for cool down or wake up dip. Food was lovely. Jay at reception was super helpful in finding us restaurants and his service was amazing and friendly. Great family vibe. Rooms can be a bit noisy with people coming and going in corridor but nothing too bad that I’d complain.
Highly recommended, very family friendly, also very few local guests, maybe it was just me. Would definitely come back 🙌 Only 20 minutes away from the airport as it's located near the luxury Laguna area, which is perfect for anyone who prefer rest and relaxation. It's quieter compared to another parts of town where super lively and buzzing with shops and restaurants like the old town, which could take up to an hour to travel there. It was a massive hotel. We booked a pool-access room with a garden view, but ended up with a tiny garden by the resort’s wall and a small private plunge pool. It also turned out we got 2 queen beds, one in a proper partition, basically just for watching TV 😆 Great facilities + amenities. They have a massive pool with direct beach access and provide beach mats, beach towels, bathrobes, and flip-flops. The beach club offers flawless service, a great happy hour, and excellent cocktails. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options. Good quality ingredients. However, the kitchen closes at 10 p.m., so I recommend having food before arrival, especially if you’re checking in late at night. There are two Starbucks inside the hotel, but you can’t use your membership card to pay since they’re hotel-owned kiosks.
