My wife and I have travelled extensively around the world for the last 26 years and we've stayed in a lot of hotels. Not all have been good but thankfully the majority have been good simply because we reviewed them beforehand. Some however exceed expectations and this hotel is one of them.
Honestly it's one of the best places we've stayed in. The fact that the place is as clean as it is for the sheer amount of people staying there is amazing. The food is fantastic and the rooms are beyond comfortable with absolutely everything you could need. For me however, a hotel is made to feel comfortable be the level of service given by the staff and here they just rise above the rest. Such beautiful people who will go above and beyond to fulfill your every need.
We leave here tomorrow and we're sad to leave but we've loved every minute and will return someday without doubt. Thank you Indigo Phuket.
Amazing hotel and we can’t fault our stay here. The room are nice and spacious and cleaned everyday. The pool area is great and really relaxing with a slight twist to the edge of the pool. The staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. I would definitely recommend this hotel
Wonderful hotel right in the action in Patong Beach. It was just a little off the beach making it a bit quieter at night than being by all the big parties/clubs.
The rooms and service were excellent. The bed was comfy and the shower pressure was excellent. The water was also nice and hot. I always enjoy a good hot shower to relax before bed.
Overall a wonderful stay.
Great staff, great location, surprisingly good meat cuts at dinner. We did our research and knew what Phuket had to offer and weren't dissapointed. The lighting is as expected from the Hotel's general description.
We had a really good experience from the reception where every one was really nice and let us storage our bags since we arrived early. The room had a great space, loved the neon lights, the soundboard and that the balcony had a small table to hold our drinks. The bed was really comfortable and housekeeping did amazing by respecting our things we left out, cleaned really well and since it was my wife's birthday, they left us a small surprise after a long day out.
The pool area is ok, not to deep with one end having a see through glass and at the other side partial view of the ocean, great to spend the day after a long night. Thanks to Nicky and Alpha for the great and friendly service, their cocktails were delicious.
To the management team, please keep your staff motivated as we did enjoy our stay with you, when we come back we will definitely stay here.
This is one of the best boutique hotels I have stayed in my life. I mean, it's style and services goes too well on what I am looking for a nice and vibrant hotel for vacation.
I spent my birthday here and the hotel staff made a cute and beautiful arrangement on my bedroom while they cleaned it when I was strolling by the city.
The rooftop is amazing with their crew Nicky, Thas, Prom and Alpha, whom were great hosts at the bar right in the pool. I truly loved my stay here! 100% recommended for couples!
Finally, their dinner service was outstanding this time the crew Tukta, Lek, Fon and Oat! We ordered the tenderloin and it was one of the nicest steaks I have eaten in any of my trips around the world! Congratulations team! Until next time!
