We had an excellent stay at BW Phuket Ocean Resort. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful: from reception to room service. All speak very good English - something that’s not guaranteed at other hotels we’ve learned from own experience. Do mind there are a lot of steps: the hotel is built upon a hill. Inevitable to do a lot of climbing! Location offers great accessibility to the many bars and restaurants in Karon, and Patong in only few minutes by taxi. Right outside the hotel are ATMs, convenience stores and a pharmacy. Hotel pools are spotless and well maintained. Bar staff is attentive and, again, very friendly. Menu ain’t too pricey and we didn’t got a surcharge for room service or service at sun bed. If you’re visiting Karon Beach I would definitely consider BW Ocean Resort!

Rooms are spacious but furniture could be improved. TV did not work properly throughout our stay. IT team was not available apparently. Good lobby with free luggage storage and complimentary drinks including coffee/tea and other beverages. Service is excellent, three pools with great views and clean water. Very good views. Excellent location. Walking distance to all attractions. Beverages, gas for scooter, 7-Eleven and exchange are all right outside the hotel. Noteworthy : There are a lot of stairs that are unavoidable. Luggage was carried by staff but then again you have to climb a lot of stairs to get the elevator and then more to get to the actual room. The bathroom was okay-ish and did not complement the room size. No bathtub in 4126 where we stayed. The WiFi was good.

This hotel is perfect it’s close to everything lovely staff really appreciate all the staffs help especially Yve, chom, Jam, and Tan. Very accomodating rooms are very comfortable and clean, lots of pools and a good gym and food was amazing you won’t be disappointed.

Great place to stay, good location and friendly staff. Very clean rooms and pool areas. Close to Karon beach and so many amazing restaurants. Staff allowed us to have a late checkout due to flight delay. Lovely stay, would definitely recommend for your stay in Phuket. Complimentary buffet was good but might need some more options for vegetarian options and better pastries and yogurt.

This was the perfect holiday resort, especially for families! June was really helpful and was always delighted to serve us to the best. Our kids enjoyed their stay for a couple days and we tried staying an extra but it was fully booked! Definitely coming back before Xmas
