My experience at this hotel was very bad. The rooms are old and the whole hotel is outdated. It does not look like the pictures shown online. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
Insects were coming out from the bathroom duct and also from the AC duct in the room, which was very uncomfortable and unhygienic. The lights in the room are very dim and the overall condition of the room feels poorly maintained.
Another big issue was the bathroom design. The bathroom is completely visible from the room and there was no proper curtain or cover to hide it, which makes it very uncomfortable and gives no privacy at all.
The bed panel was very weak. When I placed my head on it, it broke easily and my head went inside it. This clearly shows the poor quality of furniture. Even though it was already weak, the hotel charged me 10,000 THB, which is too much for such poor condition furniture.
Staff behavior was also not good and not very helpful. Beds are average, and electric sockets are badly placed with no proper space to keep your phone while charging.
Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel needs renovation and better management. I do not recommend staying here.

An amazing experience! The hotel offered excellent service, beautiful rooms, and outstanding hospitality. Everything from the cleanliness to the staff support was perfect. It truly made our Thailand trip even more special. This hotel front of Indian restaurant Special for the Indian family who prefer only vegetarian.

I stayed at Patong Lodge Hotel for 3 days and would rate my experience 4/10.
The location is definitely the biggest advantage of this hotel. It is conveniently located and makes it easy to explore Patong and nearby areas.
However, the experience beyond the location was quite disappointing. The service was average at best, and the hotel seems to lack basic hygiene standards. Small but important details were often overlooked.
Breakfast management was particularly frustrating. For example, milk ran out during breakfast and was never refilled, even after bringing it to the staffβs attention. Situations like this made the service feel poorly managed.
The team was also not very accommodating. Most requests were met with a straightforward βnoβ, with little effort to help or offer alternatives. This made the stay feel unwelcoming.
Overall, despite the good location, the hotel does not offer good value for money, and I would not recommend it for travelers looking for a comfortable and service-oriented stay.

The rooms were clean and modern, seemed to been renovated recently. However the rest of the hotel is very outdated and could require more renovations. The food that was serviced for breakfast was enough and the lunch/dinner options were good. Few minutes walk from the beach and next to a 7-11. This was one of the most expensive hotels I stayed in and didnβt meet expectations..

Good breakfast, me as a vegetarian was satisfied with food.
Room service is great. Although a tv in room obviously need an update, itβs too old and shows only local channels.
WiFi was working well for me but not for my friend.
Beds are comfy. Nice pool and normally itβs now crowded. Small gym.
